Having roommates would just trigger my OCD even more. I’m 20f and I wanna move out to finally stop my OCD urges but here, it’s so expensive to get a whole unit to myself. Feel like blaming my father but I was the one who showered way too many times in one night. My hair feels so damaged and I need a fucking treatment asap. And I kept accidentally touching/bumping onto those things, so I kept going back to shower head to toe because I felt dirty as fuck.Ī few hours from now, I have to go to work but I’m not sure if I should. I’m so worried about my hair and skin at this point. And I live with my father who always smokes and brings back the smell. If I smell the slightest bit of smoke, I’ll fucking shower. It sounds weird but yeah.įor example, someone I hate touched me, I go back home I touch the sink tap, so if I ever touch the sink tap again, I have to wash my hands thoroughly. And my whole house is full of those things. My OCD is the type where I will wash my hands and/or shower thoroughly whenever I touch something associated with someone I hate.
